The wastewater of this project is mainly photovoltaic new energy wastewater, with a daily treatment capacity of 60 tons. The main pollution factors include fluoride ions, COD, and pH value. The fluoride ions in the wastewater mainly come from the hydrofluoric acid used in the dry production process. The organic pollution components in the wastewater mainly come from isopropanol and acetone used in the velvet tank (with very low discharge frequency), while the acid-base pH value pollution factor is mainly hydrofluoric acid used in production Hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and sodium hydroxide. The concentration of pollutants in the wastewater of this project varies greatly, and its acidity and alkalinity are extremely strong. The wastewater has a high corrosiveness to the equipment. Due to the high content of sodium silicate in dry wastewater and the inhibitory effect of alcohol on bacteria, the biodegradability of wastewater is poor. 
The main sewage treatment processes used in this project include acid-base regulation+multi-stage sedimentation+Fenton advanced oxidation+micro electrolysis+ammonia nitrogen blowing off+point chlorination. 
Firstly, fluoride and other pollutants are removed through acid-base regulation and multi-stage precipitation processes, COD pollutants are removed through Fenton advanced oxidation and micro electrolysis processes, and ammonia nitrogen is removed through ammonia nitrogen blowing and point chlorination processes. The entire treatment process is a physicochemical reaction, making the treatment more flexible.
