II. Product Introduction

Includes two types: three-compartment bipolar membrane electrodialysis and two-compartment bipolar membrane electrodialysis. The three-compartment bipolar membrane electrodialysis is suitable for converting inorganic salts into corresponding acids and bases. The membrane stack consists of a bipolar membrane, a cation exchange membrane, and an anion exchange membrane, including a salt chamber, an acid chamber, and a base chamber. The two-compartment bipolar membrane electrodialysis is suitable for converting organic acid salts into organic acids and bases or converting organic base salts into organic bases and acids. The membrane stack consists of a bipolar membrane and a cation exchange membrane (including a feed chamber and a base chamber) or a bipolar membrane and an anion exchange membrane (including a feed chamber and an acid chamber).
The bipolar membrane electrodialysis process uses an electric field as the driving force, utilizing the characteristic of the bipolar membrane to dissociate water into H+ and OH-, combining the bipolar membrane with anion and cation exchange membranes to form a bipolar membrane electrodialysis system, achieving the conversion of salt solution into corresponding acids and bases. This process only sets electrodes in the electrode chamber and only generates gas in the electrode chamber, resulting in lower energy consumption. Except for the electrode chamber, there are no electrode reactions or redox reactions, and no substances other than the target products are produced.
