1. Equipment Features
The overlapping screw sludge dewatering machine's main screw body is a filtering device formed by the mutual overlapping of fixed and moving rings, with a spiral shaft passing through them.
After gravity thickening in the thickening section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. As it moves forward, the filter gap and pitch gradually decrease, and the back pressure plate hinders its movement, creating high internal pressure and continuously reducing volume to achieve thorough dewatering.

It can be widely used in sludge dewatering in various industries, including municipal wastewater, food, beverages, slaughter and breeding, dyeing, petrochemicals, papermaking, leather, and pharmaceuticals.
