This machine is suitable for mechanical sludge removal in radial flow or vertical flow sedimentation tanks (Φ < 15m) without central piers. The machine has a fixed platform spanning the tank, and the entire machine load acts on the center of the working bridge during operation. Wastewater flows evenly from the central flow guide tube to the periphery of the tank. As the flow rate decreases, the suspended matter in the wastewater settles to the bottom of the tank. The bottom scraper scrapes the settled sludge to the central sludge pit, and the sludge is discharged from the sludge pipe by hydrostatic pressure.
