1. Equipment Overview
Ammonia nitrogen wastewater originates from various sources and is discharged in large quantities. High-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater is generated from fertilizer, coking, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and landfill industries. The discharge of large amounts of ammonia nitrogen wastewater into water bodies not only causes eutrophication and foul-smelling water, but also increases the difficulty and cost of water treatment, and may even be toxic to humans and organisms. Although there are various methods for treating ammonia nitrogen wastewater, there is currently no technology that can simultaneously achieve simple processes, low investment, mature technology, convenient control, and no secondary pollution. The ammonia nitrogen treatment system developed by our company combines multiple technologies such as ammonia nitrogen stripping and absorption tower purification to treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater of different concentrations. It can treat ammonia nitrogen wastewater with a concentration exceeding 10000 mg/L to meet discharge requirements. The treated ammonia nitrogen concentration is below 15 mg/L, reaching the national Class I discharge standard. It is an ammonia nitrogen treatment system that combines simple processes, low investment, mature technology, convenient control, and no secondary pollution. Traditional ammonia nitrogen stripping releases ammonia gas into the atmosphere, which can easily cause secondary pollution. Our company has added an absorption tower after the ammonia nitrogen stripping tower, so that the air discharged into the atmosphere is purified gas with no pollution.
2. Technological Advantages
Through combined processes, it can treat wastewater of different concentrations, with high ammonia nitrogen removal rate, and the treated water meets the national Class I discharge standard (≤15 mg/L).
Low energy consumption and low cost. The treatment cost per ton of wastewater is 5-10 yuan, which is much lower than the treatment cost of traditional processes (15-25 yuan/ton).
All waste gas generated by the system enters the ammonia absorption system, making the entire treatment process more environmentally friendly.
The internal design of the equipment is more reasonable, solving the impact of low-temperature climate on stripping efficiency and the problem of filler blockage after long-term operation.
