1. Equipment Features
This machine is an integrated, fully automated treatment device for pickling and phosphating wastewater, independently researched and developed by our company based on advanced foreign technologies. It plays a significant role in the field of electroplating and coating wastewater treatment in China and represents one of our company's major breakthroughs in industrial wastewater treatment technology.
This type of wastewater mainly contains a large amount of metal ions and heavy metal ions, with significant pH fluctuations, mostly acidic. However, the COD and NH3-N concentrations are relatively low. Direct discharge into water bodies would cause serious pollution and lead to the death of aquatic plants and animals.
Because this wastewater contains a large amount of metal ions while other pollutants such as COD and NH3-N are relatively low, our company focuses on removing the metal ion content. The main processes used include physical and chemical pretreatment, coagulation sedimentation, and ion exchange columns.
2. Technological Features
This machine uses multi-stage dosing for graded treatment in each zone. In the first zone, NaOH is added to the wastewater. The amount added is automatically controlled by a pH meter, and the mixture is stirred using a mixing unit to remove heavy metal ions. After the heavy metal ions are completely precipitated, the sludge valve is opened to discharge the sludge to the sludge tank. The remaining wastewater flows into the second zone, where NaOH is added and the amount is automatically controlled by a pH meter. CaCl2 is then added, followed by PAC and PAM after thorough mixing. After complete sedimentation, the sludge is discharged. 10% dilute sulfuric acid is added to the remaining wastewater, and the pH is adjusted using a pH meter. The wastewater is then treated by a multi-media filter, a security filter, and an ultrafiltration membrane before being discharged to meet standards.
