It is a micrometer-level filtration technology (sand filter is mm-level), with a large specific surface free energy (fiber bundle 0d surface area 50 m²/m³, quartz sand d1000 m²/m³), small filtration resistance, and solves the problem that the filtration accuracy of granular filter materials is limited by the particle size of the filter material. The specific surface area and surface free energy of the fiber bundle filter material are huge, increasing the contact opportunities between the impurities in the water and the filter material and the adsorption capacity of the filter material, greatly improving the filtration efficiency and pollutant interception capacity. Fiber filtration technology solves various problems existing in the cleaning process of fiber filter materials, gives full play to the advantages of fiber filter materials, and achieves ideal depth filtration effect. It solves problems such as low filtration speed, poor filtration accuracy, small pollution interception capacity, easy hardening of filter materials, large self-consumption water volume, and short service life of filter materials.
