After treatment, it is necessary to meet the water pollutant discharge limits specified in Table 2 of GB21900-2008 "Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standards" for the wastewater discharged from the electroplating workshop, and to meet the relevant requirements of DB61/224-2018 "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standards for the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province".
The project adopts separate pre-treatment methods for various wastewater:
① Cyanide containing wastewater is oxidized to carbon dioxide and nitrogen using the alkaline sodium hypochlorite oxidation method;
② Oily wastewater is treated with air flotation and coagulation;
③ Wastewater containing nickel, iron, and copper is treated by adjusting the pH to 10 and adding PAC+PAM for coagulation and sedimentation;
④ Chromium containing wastewater is reduced to trivalent chromium by adding a reducing agent under acidic conditions, and precipitates are formed by adding alkali, PAC, and PAM;
After the pre-treatment wastewater is collected, it is sequentially subjected to air flotation, Fenton, neutralization coagulation sedimentation, activated carbon adsorption, and finally added with chlorine at the breaking point to remove ammonia nitrogen, and discharged up to standard.
