1、 Project Overview
The wastewater from a textile enterprise in Jiangxi is the dyeing wastewater of bobbin yarn, which is discharged intermittently. The composition of pollutants in wastewater is complex, containing various pulp additives (surfactants), dyes, fibers, alkalis, bleaches, inorganic salts, etc. It has the characteristics of high instantaneous discharge concentration, large water quality changes, deep chromaticity, high water temperature, and high proportion of difficult to degrade organic matter.
A sewage treatment station is set up in the factory area, with a designed treatment capacity of 3000m3/d. The combined process of hydrolysis acidification+contact oxidation+coagulation sedimentation+decolorization is adopted, and the effluent meets the "Emission Standards for Water Pollutants in Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry" (GB4287-2012). The raw water quality and discharge standards are shown in the table below:

Design process
Hydrolysis acidification: The biodegradability of wastewater is not high. Hydrolysis acidification is used to decompose complex organic pollutants that are difficult to degrade into simple organic compounds that are easy to degrade, thereby improving the biodegradability of wastewater;
Contact oxidation: After hydrolysis and acidification, the biodegradability of wastewater is improved, and aerobic microorganisms in activated sludge are used to oxidize easily degradable organic substances in wastewater into CO2 and H2O;
Coagulation sedimentation: PAC and carbon powder are added to the coagulation reaction tank, and the adsorption of activated carbon and the coagulation sedimentation effect of PAC are used to further remove organic substances in the wastewater. The sedimentation tank adopts inclined tube sedimentation, which is used for the sedimentation and separation of precipitates and flocs;
Bleaching: Add sodium hypochlorite to the bleaching tank and use a metering pump for quantitative dosing, with a dosage of 100mg/L.
