"Junqi Fang" : An efficient upgrade solution for wastewater biochemical treatment driven by sponge biological fillers

I. Technical Principles and Filler Characteristics

(1) Microbial Flora and Degradation Mechanism
"Junqifang" employs a pre-culture technology of multi-functional bacterial communities to specifically domesticate a bacterial community system that includes aerobic bacteria (such as nitrifying bacteria, polyphosphate-accumulating organisms, heterotrophic bacteria) and anaerobic bacteria (such as denitrifying bacteria, methanogenic bacteria) based on the type of wastewater. (1) Preliminary research and plan customization
Water quality and quantity analysis: Detect the COD, BOD₅, NH₃-N, TP, pH and other indicators of the target sewage, calculate the daily treatment water volume, and determine the type of sewage (domestic sewage or industrial organic wastewater, such as wastewater from the food, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceutical industries).
Microbial community and dosage matching: Customize the microbial community formula based on the characteristics of water quality (for example, when treating high ammonia nitrogen wastewater, the proportion of nitrifying bacteria will be strengthened), and calculate the dosage through the "water quality - microbial community - filler" matching model. In the standardized biological cultivation workshop, the manufacturer places the sponge filler into the simulated sewage reactor, inoculate the target bacterial community, and then adjust parameters such as dissolved oxygen, temperature, and nutrients to acclimate the bacterial community to a highly efficient and active stable period (with a COD removal rate of ≥80% and an ammonia nitrogen removal rate of ≥90% as the compliance standards), ensuring the maturity of the filler "biofilm formation".

(3) Transportation and on-site dosing
Constant-temperature and moisture-retaining packaging is adopted (the transportation temperature is controlled at 15-30℃ and the humidity is ≥80%) to ensure the activity of the bacterial community during transportation.
