1. Equipment characteristics

This machine has dual functions of thickening and dewatering, and the added thickening section can significantly increase the sludge treatment capacity.

2. Application scope
Widely used in urban sewage, textile printing and dyeing, electroplating, papermaking, leather, brewing, food processing, coal washing, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, ceramic and other industries for sludge dewatering treatment, and also suitable for solid separation or liquid leaching processes in industrial production.

3. Working principle
This equipment consists of a belt thickener (rotary drum thickener) and a dewatering machine. After the sludge is thoroughly mixed with the added flocculant, it enters the gravity dewatering section. Under the action of gravity, a large amount of free water in the sludge flows out from the gaps in the filter belt, and the thickened sludge enters the wedge-shaped pre pressing section. Under slight squeezing pressure, it is evenly distributed on the filter belt and further dehydrated, and then enters the S-type multi roller pressing section, The sludge is repeatedly pressed between the upper and lower layers of filter cloth through several different diameter presses, which generates a significant shear force on the sludge and further dehydrates it, forming mud cakes. Finally, the mud cakes are scraped off and transported out through a scraper. After backwashing, the upper and lower layers of filter belts are put back into use.
