(1) Equipment Introduction
The mobile exhaust gas purification tower is a countercurrent atomization spray tower, filled with special packing. Compared with conventional packing, this packing has advantages such as large specific surface area, high porosity, low resistance, and good wetting performance. It can provide a sufficient interface for gas-liquid mass transfer process and improve mass transfer efficiency. The spray system inside the tower is composed of a specially designed non clogging spiral nozzle with a reasonable layout, which has good atomization effect and evenly disperses the liquid phase to form a flowing liquid film. Mainly for washing and pre-treatment of exhaust gas, reducing the acidic and soluble components in the exhaust gas, and reducing the load of back-end processing equipment. Prevent large particle pollutants and impurities from blocking the subsequent processing unit. The dust and water soluble pollution factors carried in the exhaust gas are removed to achieve preliminary purification. The purified exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the tower, and the liquid phase that absorbs pollutants is collected at the bottom of the tower. It is recycled by a spray pump and replaced and discharged after reaching a certain concentration.
This equipment is made of PP or fiberglass material with good corrosion resistance, and all electrical components are explosion-proof motors, which will not cause dangerous accidents due to high VOCs concentration. The size of the spray tower is designed based on the air volume, and the purification tower base can be equipped with universal wheels for easy movement.
