This type of wastewater mainly contains large amounts of metal ions and heavy metal ions, and its pH fluctuates greatly, mostly being slightly acidic. However, the concentrations of COD and NH3-H are low, and direct discharge into the water body can cause serious pollution and the death of aquatic animals and plants.
For this type of wastewater, due to the high content of metal ions in the water, while other pollution factors such as COD, NH3-H are relatively low, our company mainly removes the metal ion content in the wastewater, mainly using physical and chemical pretreatment, coagulation sedimentation, ion exchange column and other processes.

2. Technical characteristics
This machine performs grading treatment through graded dosing in various areas. In the first area, NaOH is first added to the wastewater, and the dosage is automatically controlled by a pH meter. The mixing reaction is then stirred by a stirring unit to remove heavy metal ions. After the heavy metal ions have completely settled, open the sludge discharge valve to discharge the sludge into the sludge tank. The remaining sewage flows into the second area by gravity and NaOH is added. The dosage is automatically controlled by a pH meter, followed by CaC12. After thorough stirring, PAC and PAM are added, and the sediment is discharged after complete sedimentation. The residual wastewater is treated with dilute sulfuric acid with a concentration of 10%, and then adjusted using a pH meter. It is then treated with a multi medium filter, security filter, and ultrafiltration membrane before reaching the standard for discharge.
