1. Equipment Overview
The medical (domestic) waste incineration furnace adopts the advanced incineration method of primary pyrolysis gasification, mixed combustion with surrounding air, secondary incineration, and burnout treatment. The design of the primary combustion chamber of the incinerator adopts gasification and incineration technology, which causes the temperature inside the incinerator to shift from 200 ° C to 400 ° C, and the garbage will not produce problems such as melting blocks, slag blocks, and sintering during the incineration process. A secondary incineration burner and a circumferential air supply device are installed in the secondary mixed incineration room.
At high temperatures, combustible gases in the flue gas can be fully burned, efficiently mixing and burning the gas produced by the gasifier with air to prevent the escape of carbon substances and delayed combustion in the gas flame. When the flue gas enters the high-temperature combustion chamber, tangential entry and tangential entry of combustion air are used to support combustion, allowing the flue gas to be fully combusted again in the combustion chamber while using rotating airflow for flue gas dust removal. The incineration flue gas stays in the furnace for more than 2 seconds, completely incinerating the combustible gases in the flue gas and the combustible substances in the fly ash. A dry tail gas purification device is installed in the upper part of the incinerator to purify the hydrogen chloride generated during incineration Sulfur oxides and other substances undergo adsorption treatment, and the odor and other components in the flue gas are decomposed at high temperatures.
The flue gas purification system is equipped with calcium hydride filter bricks for neutralization reaction with acidic gas, achieving the purpose of adsorbing acidic gas and purifying tail gas. Reduce the harmful components in flue gas to below the specified values in national standards such as the "Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Waste Incineration" (GB184S4-2001)
